Save the Pixies is a game of storytelling, humor, speeches and creative role play. Teams are challenged to contact coworkers and ask for donations. The twist is that they will be asking on behalf of a fictional charity. The funnier and more engaging they make their presentations, the more their coworkers will give.
This session represents the virtual version of Save the Pixies. Your Workplace Culture Store facilitator will lead the first 30-minute session that starts the game and another 60-minute session during which each team provides a presentation on their fictional charity and announces how much money they were able to raise throughout the month. (The donations go to a legitimate charity at the end of the month.)
