Once Upon a Project is a workplace tool and exercise designed for marketers, sales people, project managers and others to bring structure to and enliven your brand's stories.
A game board provides empty spaces for essential elements of your story. Cards provide descriptions of those elements and help you identify the parts of your stories that coincide with each element. The cards contain dry erase surfaces so you can record those elements in specific and relevant terms. Then you can snap a photograph of the board, erase the cards, and start on the next one.
